Payment Policy 

We ask that all services that are not secured by insurance be paid 48 hours before services. 

If using an insurance policy, there is a 6.5% processing fee on all insurance policies that are not in the (2 year contestable period/cannot accept). There is a 10% processing fee on all insurance assignments when the family request a cash advance. 

Payments may be secured by Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Money Order, and Cashier’s Check. 

All personal checks must be given 72 hours in advance prior to services. 

All major Credit Cards & Debit Cards accepted with a 4% convenience fee.
