Mrs. Norris "Gean" Brown-Howlett, 75 of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023. Public Viewing will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Celebration of Life will begin at 12:00 pm. Services held at Prince of Peace Missionary Baptist Church, 9350 Natural Bridge Rd., Berkeley MO 63134.
