Mrs. Joan Carroll ("Duggie") Lowe

Mrs. Joan Carroll "Duggie" Lowe, 88 of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away Sunday, September 25, 2022. Public View/Walk-Thru will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Viewing held at Baucom’s Life Celebration Center, 9480 Lewis & Clark Blvd., Jennings MO 63136. We are still practicing social distancing while on the property and inside the facilities of Baucom's Life Celebration Center. We will allow no more than 100 persons in the facilities for the service. Individuals must wear a face mask upon entry and wear gloves or utilize hand sanitizers. No gatherings, smoking or drinking on the parking lot will be permitted. 

Celebration of Life Mass will be held Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 10:00 am followed by Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Services held at St. Alphonsus Liguori "Rock" Catholic Church, 1118 N. Grand Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63106.
