Mrs. Ethel Mae Peebles

Ethel Mae Peebles was born November 26, 1954 in Mound Bayou, Mississippi to the parents of George W. and Alberta Marion. She was known professionally as Ethel but adored by family and called "Mae".

Ethel graduated from Mark Twain Institute of Nursing where she pursued a career in nursing for over 45 years. Ethel Mae married William Peebles whom she is now with in spirit. 

Ethel was a caretaker amongst our family. She cared for her mother, father and brother, DL Marion. Also, preceding her in death was her brothers, David, DL, Johnny Marion; niece, Lanetta Haynes; and nephew, Chuckie Marion. 

She leaves to cherish her memories: daughter: Patricia Marion (Keithron Graffread) of Dallas, TX; son: Stanley Marion (Rhoda) of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren: La'VonDrus Marion (TX), Daryl Graffread (TX), Kimberly Graffread (TX), Derrick Graffread (TX), Darrien Graffread (TX), Asia Marion (MO), Elias Marion (MO), Jamilah Goodrich (MO), Kailyn Marion (MO); great grandchildren: Jeremiah, Derrick Jr., Kamilah, Kaylah, Katelyn, Kameron, Kristian, Keithron, Kali, and Kingston; sisters: Bernice Marion (MO), Luebertha and Esaw Conner (MO); brothers: John Marion (MO), George Marion and Catherine Marion (FL), Michael Marion (MO), Chuckie Marion and Elizabeth (MO), Cornelius and Shelia Marion (MO), Phillip Marion and Robin Marion (MI); and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
