Mr. Virgil White Obituary

VIRGIL LEE WHITE was born on April 8, 1964 in St. Louis, Missouri to Annie Belle White. He was the eldest of three children. His mother preceded him in death.

Virgil attended O'Fallon Technical High School and later joined the military.

Virgil dedicated his early adulthood years to serving our country with a 13 year commitment in the Army. During his Military Tour, he served in the Gulf War and Desert Storm where his superiors honored his commitment to excellence with 3 Bronze Stars, Kuwaiti Liberation Metal, and National Defense Metal. With a strong foundation for protocol and procedures, Virgil joined Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD). Within his 27 years with SLMPD he worked in the Building Division (1994-1996), from there he transferred to the Prisoner Processing Division (1996-2018), and he took his final assignment in the South Patrol Station (2018-2021).

Virgil enjoyed life and spent his spare time with family and friends. Often he used his personal time for iconic trips that he shared with loved ones.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories: wife, Latashia White; son, Antoine White; two daughters, Crystal Edmonds and Alexxis Lovett; children through his union are three sons, Cortez Bolin, Jr., Marques Bolin, and Mar'Kaiin Hamilton, and two daughters, Corneesha Bolin and Meshaylia Bolin; six grandchildren, Xavier White, Jazzlyn White, Josiah White, Selah Edmonds, Aaliyah Henry, Navi Lambert; two brothers, Andre White (Stephanie) and Richardo Washington (Shyla); aunt, Dorothy Jones; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
