Mr. Kenneth Wayne Penny, 65 of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away Friday, September 8, 2023. A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 10:00 am. Services held at Baucom’s Life Celebration Center, 9480 Lewis & Clark Blvd., Jennings MO 63136.

Inside the facility of Baucom’s Life Celebration Center we will allow no more than 100 persons in the facilities for the service. No gatherings, smoking or drinking on the parking lot will be permitted.
