Jeramey Mariano France was born on October 18, 1985, in St. Louis, Missouri to parents, Dr. Danna and Ronald France. He graduated from Hazelwood Central High School in 2004. Jeramey tried his hand in several job industries but found that he most loved teaching overseas. During the year and a half that Jeramey lived in Chile, South America, Jeramey found himself teaching local Chileans English and eventually became an official teacher at Sam’s Institute. With the guidance of his older brother, Ivory, and advice of his older cousin, Jordan, Jeramey was able to navigate his way in a foreign country by learning the culture and language, and ultimately making a positive impact on his students and the surrounding Chilean community.
Jeramey believed in the almighty God and had a personal relationship with God at a very young age. Recently Jeramey discovered he had a talent for reviving old sneakers, transforming them from the old and forgotten about to the new and coveted. He was a free spirit and a dreamer who rejected the traditional life of restrictions, while embracing free-thinking and individual growth. Jeramey’s greatest joy was being a father to his son, Ayden, and an uncle to his nephews and niece. He enjoyed spending time on the beach, whether it was in New York or Chile, and enjoyed showing his nephews how to play basketball. His niece will miss their daily visits to the park and their random trips to the store. Jeramey was a big kid at heart, and all the children looked at him as their best friend.
Jeramey Mariano France, age 35, accepted his call home on October 17, 2021, in St. Louis, Missouri. Jeramey is survived by: his son, Ayden France; his parents, Dr. Danna and Ronald France; his grandmother, Sammie L. Willis; his brother, Ivory; two sisters, Courtney and Ka’Neisha; three nephews, Malik, Mason, and Marley; one niece, Alayah; one brother-in-law, Anthony Moore; and many close cousins (too many to list), aunts, uncles, and special friends. Jeramey was a lover of animals and had a close bond with two important furry friends who will miss him dearly: his dog, Cody, and cat, Anna.
