Mr. Clarence Billy "Chuckie" Scales, Jr., 61 of Florissant, Missouri passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Public Viewing will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00 am followed by Interment at St. Peters Cemetery & Mausoleum. Services held at Christ Temple Family Church, 11875 Benham Rd., St. Louis MO 63138.
