Gerald Jackson, Jr. Obituary

GERALD KEITH JACKSON, JR. was born to the union of Gerald, Sr. and Johnetta Jackson on September 30, 2000. He was the oldest of four sons and was preceded in death by his grandmother, Christine Johnson; one aunt, Donetta; and three uncles, T.J., Lil Dave, and Terrell.

Gerald, Jr. was an active member of Christ Love Divine Fellowship Church where he received Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized October 8, 2016. He graduated in May 2019 from McCluer South-Berkeley High School where he was loved by many. Gerald was a fun-loving person with a smile that would light up a room. He loved his family, Tonyae, Tamara, basketball and was greatly admired by his three younger brothers.

Gerald, Jr. was employed at D & W Manufacturing as a Filler. He had been accepted into the St. Louis City Police Academy and had a desire of being a truck driver when his life was suddenly stolen on Saturday, October 5, 2019. He will be forever in our hearts and sadly missed by all who loved him.

He leaves to cherish loving memories: his parents, Gerald, Sr. and Johnetta; his daughter, Princess Tamara Christine; three brothers, Treveon, Prince TaShaun, and Prince Jaden Jackson; his grandparents, John Blackmon, Claudette Jackson and Phillip, Sr. (Diane) Jackson; four aunts, Erica Arnold, Phylese Jackson, Michelle and Tasha Blackmon; eight uncles, James and Tony Johnson, Jimmy, John and TaRoun Blackmon, Phillip, Jr. (Erin), Antwaun (Angel), Kelvin (Brianna) Jackson; a great host of great aunts and uncles, relatives and friends, and a very special lady, his fiance' and the mother of his daughter, Tonyae Young.
